How are the block colored?

The block are made in one of 12 different colors from which to choose or you can use the standard grey color (which is slightly less in costs).  We also us matching colored mortar to give you a more complete wall.

Who performs the work?

Stubbs Construction has hired their own employees to perform all aspects of the project.  We have a crew for drilling, several masonry crews, and a clean up crew.  This ensures that your project is not delayed by sub-contractors who determine their own schedule.

How long does a project take?

Depending on the conditions of the site, we can usually complete 300-400 lineal feet of fence in @ 5-7 days.  For larger projects, we arrange several crews in order to speed up the process of completing a project.

How do I get a quote for a project?

Our usual procedure is to review your plot plans, determine the location of your fence, and then establish a timeline with a detailed proposal.  We can get you a quote within a couple of days.

Is your company insured?

Yes.  We have general liability insurance as well as providing worker's compensation on all of our employees.

How does the cost of your wall compare to a brick fence?

On a normal wall situation, The Masonry Fence can help you to save 28% compared to the cost of a brick wall.

Can you provide a gate?

Yes.  We can provide you with many different types of gates including wrought iron, wood, steel, or a combination.

What about utilities?

We make "One Call" for every project.  The "One Call" locates all utilities in the area of a fence and enables us to install our piers in a safe manner as well as protecting your utilities.

What height fence can you provide?

Most fences around houses, perimeter walls, and security walls are usually 6' tall.  We can install up to 8'-8" tall fences.  Since are fences are constructed on site, we can adjust the level of the fence to match your particular needs.
